Leadership!

The person who primarily feels a sense of entitlement is vain, selfish and cannot be a leader.
A leader has a genuine sense of equity, respect for all, mutuality and feels a sense of service without counting cost. Cost mostly in terms of time, inconveniences and lastly cash.
Like it or not, a good leader is compensated by Providence. To demand payment for leadership services amounts to underhand tactics.
Just musing.

Who are we?

More important than sticking together and cohesion within groups like the family, in marriage, among friends, cliques or any groupings/entities as the case may be, is telling each other the truth in the kindest way possible.

Truths are beneficial to the person(s) in the unit(s) and eventually to the total number within the entity/community.
That truth, must be told so as to enhance the image shown the outside world. It may have different textures according to how were raised which colors our worldview; but an honest attempt must be made to tell the truth.

Other than these, it’s all lip service, deceit, sham, a cult that deals in secrecy and dark things.
Just musing.
